If you would like to wander in Avignon with an experienced and cultured local frenchman, this is undoubtely the best deal. Clement Demontis, a young enterpreneur, is the leading guide in this company. He has academic expertise in Provence history, but he also knows the hot spots in the gourmet circuit of Avignon.
